The channel of all VenezuelansAuthorities of the National Electoral Council (CNE) received the recommendations issued by the members of the Panel of Electoral Experts of the United Nations (UN).The information was released by the electoral entity through its Twitter account @cneesvzla, which were generated after their participation as international companions in the Regional and Municipal Elections of the past 21-N.The CNE authorities received from the members of the UN Electoral Panel of Experts, the recommendations generated from their participation as international companions in the 2021 Regional and Municipal Elections, held on 21-N.pic.twitter.com/OHtChnMoc9The meeting, which took place at the CNE headquarters in Caracas, was attended by the principal rector of this body, Pedro Calzadilla;the vice president, Enrique Márquez, and the other electoral rectors Tania D'Amelio, Alexis Corredor and Roberto Picón.For his part, the UN Resident Coordinator in Venezuela, Gianluca Rampolla del Tindaro, and the UN Special Advisor, Antonio Arabimar Arze, were present on behalf of the UN.The five rectors of the Venezuelan Electoral Power "received from the head of the delegation of the panel of electoral experts of the UN, and other main members and the support team of the organization, a summary of the document endorsed by the secretary general of the organization, Antonio Guterres".In this sense, the president of the CNE thanked the work carried out by the UN Delegation during the past Regional and Municipal Elections.The participation of UN Experts during the Regional and Municipal Elections was governed by an agreement signed between both parties, which establishes that the document generated by the delegation is confidential and its dissemination is under the authority of the Secretary General of the Organization.
